Volunteer at an Open Day and talk to prospective students and parents about the benefits of studying at a world class institution.

Work at registration, be avalible for a Q&A or support a campus tour. Whatever you do you'll be helping attract the very best students to King's and supporting the growth of your global alumni community.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Can I update my registration information once I have booked?
Yes, but please contact us directly at volunteering@kcl.ac.uk to do so.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket on the day?
You do not have to bring a printed ticket but please come with proof of your registration for the volunteer leader to check.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, please make sure all registration information is for the person attending on the day. If you would like to give your place to someone else then please get in touch with us or log in to your Eventbrite account and edit your registration information.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the session is scheduled to start in order to check in with the volunteer leader. This will allow us to process all the volunteers and answer any questions you may have about the day.
